my room had a problem. there were cracks in the walls. rain came into the room on a windy night and the carpet got wet. i feel upset by the state of the room and the lack of concern.

the location was excellent right on the sea front. my room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and helpful always ready to assist with requests. i found the breakfast buffet to have ample choices and delicious options
the car park was full upon my arrival so i needed to search for alternative parking nearby which was not ideal

Decent stay, some issues noticed.

The location was great. I love a hotel in a central spot. The gym was also a great facility. I used the treadmill, and the equipment seemed quite modern.
The room was not as clean as expected. I noticed splash marks on the bathroom tiles. I had to clean the sink with antibacterial gel myself as there was a sticky substance on it. I also found the bed uncomfortable. The mattress felt lumpy, and the pillows were quite hard. I did not sleep very well.

the hotel location was very convenient, near many attractions. the reception staff seemed helpful and approachable. i appreciate the comfortable bed provided in my room. the bar area has a nice ambience, i noticed the low lighting and background music were very soothing.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected, with limited space for luggage.
